Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a key labelling distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
